We woke up bright and early to go and have breakfast and walk down to the train station. The train was pretty high tech and very pleasant. As soon as we got off the train our guide pointed up a mountain and said “that’s where we are going”. We were all shocked to say the least. The walk was extremely hard and we were very tired when we got to the top. We then had a tour round a sausage factory.
We then had a Spanish class on the restaurant terrace – flowers, sunshine, warm breezes and a view of the mountains – what a classroom! Mrs Gallon and Mr Smith let the students choose lunch for them – guess what they ate? Braised tongue!
