Last week marked the return of our first History trip since February 2020! Students participated in a range of activities at Hampton Court Palace; The Tower of London and the Imperial War Museum. We also had some relaxation time on a river cruise down the Thames and experienced the trials and tribulations of the laugh-out-loud comedy ‘The Play That Goes Wrong’ at the Duchess Theatre. The History department is incredibly proud of all the students who accompanied us on this trip – even our coach driver commented on how well-behaved they all were and that he had not had such a lovely and polite group in a long time. The students are a credit to the School and Sixth Form.
We look forward to hosting more trips in the future, and hopefully some international adventures when time allows!
